Fantastic hotel! Super clean and really well looked after. The guy who owns it is super friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi bath was amazing! Will 100% be staying here again. Couldn’t recommend enough.

This hotel is beautifully clean, welcoming and in a perfect spot. Breakfast was fresh and nice and the jacuzzi bath is the best thing ever. The only problem that dampened things a little is that we paid for late check out, put do not disturb on the door light and were disturbed anyway. Our key card also locked us out past 12 even though we had late check out. Correct these minor issues and the place is a solid 5 out of 5

Neat hotel in the University district of Liverpool, roughly 10 minutes away from the downtown area. The breakfast is rather disappointing (no full English, no eggs) and no permanently occupied reception (would help sense of safety in an area with homeless people).

5 star luxury, everything about this hotel is fabulous, Brian so very helpful and explained everything to us, we also had a key card. We paid to park the car at the back and was very secure with locked gates which was appreciated. The restaurants round the hotel are plentiful and all serving excellent food.would definitely recommend

Stopped over for one night while visiting local. Hotel located within Liverpool highlights. Easy check in by friendly staff. Keypass provided if you don't want an app. Room located on 1st floor. Easy access by lift or stairs. Good sized room with 2 double beds, plenty of cupboard space, safe, hair dryer, tea/coffee, TV and bathroom with a really good shower. Bed very comfortable. Room clean and tidy. The extra bed did cramp the room a bit but good hotel.

We were going to a concert at the Philharmonic Hall and this hotel was so conveniently placed. The welcome we received on arrival was so friendly and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the décor of the hotel is the same. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Philharmonic Hotel.

Just spent two nights at The Philharmonic Hotel. What a lovely welcome. Pleasant staff who dealt with any query/issue with efficiency and speed. Perfect location for the theatre ,the main reason for our stay. We will be making a return visit as soon as we can.

Great shower. Two massive beds and a lovely warm room. Staff were lovely and welcoming and looked after our luggage before we were able to check in after we checked out.

Fab breakfast and I asked for fried bread ( not on the menu ) and the chef very kindly cooked 2 pieces for me. Great service and a great location. Will definitely be back again next time I travel to Liverpool.

The room was outstanding with what I must say with the best shower I've used
The bed was lovely, in the mornings the breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was up to a great standard, I'd definitely stop there again

We live locally and decided to have a stay over in Liverpool as part of a birthday celebration. We couldn’t of chosen a better hotel. Great staff, great location, beautiful rooms and delicious breakfast. It certainly won’t be our last stay, special thanks to Marnie, Patrick and Ash.

What a lovely place! We arrived a little early,but were able to check in as our room was ready. As we arrived by train it was great to be able to go straight to our room to freshen up and go into town. We stayed in a room with waterfall shower ensuite ,beautifully decorated to a very high standard. We only stayed one night after a theatre trip. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice again in lovely surroundings. Definitely be back.

My friend and I popped in for Sunday lunch to the Pianos restaurant. It is our first visit and we were attracted by the kerb appeal. The decor inside is beautiful and luxurious and elevated our Sunday lunch experience. We had a lovely Sunday roast, there was a range of options, I had beef my friend had lamb, 2 courses for £18 was very reasonable. Service was excellent, very friendly and attentive staff. We would definitely go back.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary , it was our first time here and a fiasco from start to finish. We were told on arrival our room we'd already booked and paid for was unavailable, they then upgraded us to a suite for the inconvenience but didn't mention on the second day of our three day stay we had to pack everything up , take our cases to reception, and wait to get into another room . The breakfast was also a total disappointment, there was only selected items available on the menu for the price , beans on toast , scrambled eggs, despite paying £15 per head and also being told only one drink was allowed or to be charged extra for it . I opted for the muesli to be asked would I like an egg on it ? That summed it up for me , it's also quite a walk from the city centre and the main attractions. We also found the bars in the city centre to be less expensive than around this area .

We stayed in the Regal suite on the 3-4th June for our Anniversary. The room was luxurious and decor outstanding. Bed was so comfy. There were two beautiful long sash windows in the room and bathroom had a jacuzzi bath. Spotlessly clean. Staff were lovely 😊 fabulous location near to all our favourite pubs in the Georgian quarter. Would definitely stay again for a special occasion.

Best hotel in Liverpool. So beautifully decorated and the food was gorgeous. All of the staff were so friendly. Everybody made an effort to talk to the guests and smiled the whole time. Such a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be back and have already recommended to friends.

What a great restaurant (see pics) service was "absolutely fabulous" really nice people, food was "excellent" very well presented, on huge plates (so, the pictures make the portions look small, but they're not) & very reasonably priced, we had the 2 course option, chose "main & sweet" instead of "starter", the beef was excellent and cooked to your choice & the cheesecake & ice-cream was to "die for" 🤣🤣 parking opposite was easy, but, access for disabled will be difficult as there are steps, other than that, as I said, what a great restaurant!!

I went to the restaurant today with my wife and family. We really enjoyed ourselves. The reception was on point. The staff made us feel at ease. They were patient with us and were very professional. The meals were so nice. Thanks so much for making my wife's birthday exceptional.

My husband and I stayed here 25/26 March and we were blown away ! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Ash and Ellie are a fabulous asset to this hotel, they are worth their weight in gold. The rooms, we had room number one, I am a perfectionist and it truly was perfect. The attention to detail in the room, the bar, dining area just out of this world! Well done to the owners. The breakfasts, omg, just scrumptious. We will definitely stay here again and hope it goes from strength to strength. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts xx

My wife and I had a meal here for our anniversary. Restaurant is small but is perfect because of it. All of the staff were boss, very caring and attentive. The food was amazing, it's the best Thai meal we have ever had. We had starters and main meal, both of which were outstanding. As we were leaving the staff brought the 2 chefs out for us to meet. They were genuinely pleased when we said it was one of the best meals we've ever had. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here for a midweek stay with hubby. Newly opened everything was great from check in to check out. All the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The drink prices at the bar were reasonable and the breakfast was lovely.
We had a double room with waterfall shower. Good size room with dressing gowns provides.
Definitely somewhere we would stay again... especially if they continue to offer deals through Groupon!

We have just stayed here for New Year’s Eve and wow what a hotel this is. The whole hotel is stunning and clean. The bar is very nice and a great lineup of drinks too. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, so helpful and friendly. The room was unreal. They left us a happy new year balloon on the door which was a nice welcome. Once in the room we were so happy and shocked and how nice it really was. Nice comfy bed, big tv, safe, fridge, iron and board, condiments including hot chocolate! Spa robes and slippers and the jucuzzi bath for two was absolutely unreal, we stayed in there most of the night. So big and deep. The room was spotless and the lighting was great! We will definitely be back, this new hotel will do very well. Thanks for having us!

The most gorgeous hotel in the heart of Liverpool city centre. Large rooms with comfortable beds, this hotel is very grand and luxurious, the staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you, the food in the Piano restaurant is beautiful and plenty of it, breakfast was excellent all freshly made to order, this hotel has a gorgeous bar so you can just pop in for drinks with out eating, we will 100% be coming back soon.
